How usage is counted

A quota you can explain before checkout.

The enforced plan difference is monthly synchronized data. The same measurement is used on the public pricing response, the workspace usage screen and the task execution gate.

Recorded synchronized bytes

Completed task runs contribute their recorded synchronized byte count. Seat, chat and task-count limits are not advertised as plan differences.

Current calendar month

Usage is grouped into the current monthly period for the active workspace and shown in Billing & Usage.

Blocked before another run

When the workspace reaches its quota, new executions are blocked until the next period or a successful plan upgrade.

One workflow, three data levels

Compare what is available now

Every plan includes the same core reviewed-sync workflow. The enforced plan difference today is monthly synchronized data, so unenforced task, seat, chat, and frequency limits are intentionally omitted.

Early Access details

Clear limits, no hidden roadmap promises.

The pricing page describes what Swanbridge can enforce and deliver during Early Access. Additional packaging will appear only after the corresponding product controls ship.

What counts toward my monthly data quota?

Swanbridge totals synchronized bytes recorded by task executions in the current calendar month. When the quota is reached, new task executions are blocked until the next month or a plan upgrade.

Which connectors are currently supported?

Private Early Access supports Notion, Jira, and Airtable as sources, with Google Sheets as the destination. The product only offers directions listed as available in the connection and task flow.

Will the AI run a sync without asking me?

No. Swanbridge drafts the configuration and asks for clarification when needed. You review and explicitly approve the configuration before execution.

What does Swanbridge retain?

Swanbridge retains task configuration, status, operational logs and usage records needed to run and support the service. Connector credentials are encrypted. Synced business rows pass through the execution path and are not presented as a stored Swanbridge dataset.

Does one plan cover every workspace I can access?

No. Subscription state and monthly quota belong to the current workspace. An account may access more than one workspace, but switching workspaces does not merge their plans or usage.

How do paid upgrades work during Early Access?

Sign in, choose Starter or Pro from Billing, and complete checkout with Creem. Subscription management and billing records remain available from your workspace.
